What are Outcomes?

As in all businesses, we understand that our customers define quality for us. While customer feedback remains at the core of our outcome measures system, we have added goals that are even more quantifiable in terms of how we’re managing each of our businesses, such as staff productivity, client goal obtainment, overtime management, and turnover rates (internal customer). We remain focused on this simple fact: We work in an increasingly competitive (for labor and service choices) industry; therefore we must strive to not merely satisfy customers but “delight” them.
