Description:
ACT is currently hiring for a Behavior Consultant to work in our In-Home Services Program.  Seeking a qualified professional to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities to provide assessment, development of goals, implementation of behavioral strategies and training for families and support staff.  Behavior Consultant provides direct therapy services that are individualized and structured based on behavioral needs. 

Full-time position 40 hours/week with great benefit package.  Applicant must be flexible with varying hours/days based on needs of individuals and availability when challenging situations occur.   Salary range is $25,000-$42,000/yr.

Qualifications:

At least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field, coursework and/or experience related to the theory and practice of Person Centered Strategies for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or Applied Behavior Analysis and implementation of Person Centered Approaches required.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Masters Degree seeking licensure preferred.
