The survey will help us identify those applicants with the highest probability for success in the human services field. Once you complete the survey you will be able to fill out and submit an employment application to ACT. Complete both the survey and employment application to ensure your application is processed by ACT. Please allow adequate time to complete this process.

All ACT applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as successful completion of a background check.
