Training Specialist

Description:
On-call or possibly full-time positions working Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm. $8.00-$10.00/hr. based on experience and/or education. Provide supervision and assistance to individuals with disabilities while providing community integration.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and assistance individuals during their daily activities. Implement individual training plans and document daily and provide input for monthly and annual documentation. Provide transportation and community integration. Maintain certification in CPR, 1st Aid, Medication Administration, NCI, Positive Behavior Management and Abuse/Neglect Prevention plus any others required.

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Chauffeur's license and good driving record Pass background checks and drug screen Experience working with people with disabilities
