Production Training Specialist

Description:
Part-time position working Monday through Friday 4pm - 8pm. Provide supervision to individuals with disabilities while they work. Assist them as needed. Daily documentation required.

Responsibilities:
Implementation of individual objectives and programs. Provide supervision to individuals while working and on breaks. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, CPI, Medication Administration, Abuse/Neglect Prevention, Proper Lifting Techniques, Behavior Management.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency. 18 years of age. Experience working with MR/DD population. Pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
